Annual Parochial Church Meeting and PCC Elections

Annual Parochial Church Meeting and PCC Elections – 13th May The APCM is a chance to review the past year, give thanks to God, think about the next year, ask questions & elect new members of the PCC. Come any time from 7pm for tea/coffee. The meeting will start with worship at 7.30pm.

Would you be interested in serving on the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of Christ the King? The PCC’s primary role is, with the vicar, to ‘consult together on matters of general concern and importance to the parish’ and to ‘cooperate in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.’

If you think God may be calling you, fill in a PCC Nomination Form (available here), speak to Sarah Bennett or Steve Atkins, or to anyone currently on PCC. Nominations are required no later than 12th May, but it’s very helpful to have them sooner if possible
